When you pay an invoice, we also collect the billing details, invoice reference, amount, currency, and payment identifiers needed to reconcile the transaction.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand your support needs, prepare relevant recommendations, maintain business records, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and website interactions. Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies. You may change your choice using the privacy controls in the footer.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. ModelMason does not receive or store your full card, bank-account, or UPI credentials. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices. We use transaction details to confirm and reconcile payments, maintain accounting records, and respond to payment questions.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers such as Cloudflare, Resend, Google, and Razorpay to host the website, deliver notifications, measure website usage, and process payments. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
